Customs, duty and taxes
All our shipments are sent as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).
VAT and import fees are included in the final price of the order, so you will not receive any extra costs beyond what is stated on the order confirmation.
Products in store will be sent within 5 working days. Custom made will be produced after order and will be sent within 15 working days. Please send us an e-mail if express-delivering is needed.
Shipping in Norway will be sent by Posten Norge and deliveried to the nearest pick-up point. Shipping international will be sent by DHL Express to the specified delivery adress. You get at tracking number at e-mail that allow you to follow the transport. Our jewellery is produced and sent from Tromsø, Norway.
