Description
The wide Fråst ring highlights the collection's characteristic surface, where structure and form take on greater importance. The inspiration comes from the Norwegian winter, where frost forms organic structures in nature.
Each ring is formed through sand casting, where the goldsmith builds the structure directly in the sand mold before casting the silver. The work is done with a precision tool that gives the surface its characteristic expression. Small variations in the surface are a natural part of the process and make each ring different.
