Who do we send the packages with?
- Shipments in Norway are sent with Posten Norge and delivered to the nearest collection point.
- International shipments and Svalbard are sent with DHL Express to the specified delivery address.
You will receive details of your shipment by email, including a tracking number that allows you to follow your package during transit. Our jewellery is manufactured and shipped from Tromsø, Norway.
What is included in the shipping?
All our shipments out of Norway are sent as DTP (Delivery Tax Paid), VAT and import duties are included in the final price of the order. Therefore, there will be no additional costs beyond what is stated in the order confirmation.
